You are expected to arrive minutes before your appointment time. Before your spa service, our staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out a short questionnaire regarding your physical
conditions and preparation for your assistance. Our team will ask you about any changes in your physical condition during future visits. At the Mark Spa, you can expect a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout your spa session. All rooms have sound ambiance with higher quality heated tables covered in clean linens and blankets. You can always communicate
any request or concern to our professional during your treatment. Your level of comfort is always our top priority.
We recommend making your spa reservation in advance to secure your preferred date and time. These reservations can be made by phone or online thru our website. A credit card is required to book your appointment. The Mark Spa also welcomes walk-ins and offers same-day appointments if we are available.
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you; therefore 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations not made within that time will be charged $20, while no-shows are charged $40.
These fees will be charged to the credit card used to secure your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment you are going to lose time on your service, or you can reschedule your session if we have availability at that moment, on the other hand, you need to pay $20 to reschedule for another day.
The best way is Stay on Time 15 minutes before your session. Remember, our location is open 7 days a week.

Our therapist will always cover you the entire time with drapes during all treatments for your comfort and privacy. For total body massage, there is no specific dress code; it is your first time, and if you have any doubts, please asks our therapist for instructions. They are there to help you feel comfortable. Please do not bring any jewelry or other valuables to our spa. The Mark Spa is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.
The Mark Spa welcomes ages 18+ for massages, facials, and body treatments. Minors are welcome to use the Spa for facial treatment only with a parent's signed consent form. With any questions, you may have, please always refer to our personnel.
